Manticore is a Blood and Wine gear hunt in Toussaint. Start with Lazare Lafargue in Beauclair, then collect six diagrams. The standard Manticore set does not require crafting a chain of earlier enhanced and superior Manticore tiers first.
The six-piece checklist

The armor clue is a note, not a conventional equipment chest. For the silver-sword cave, follow the staged encounters rather than stopping at its first chamber. The attributed creator guide includes the detailed cave route when you need each intermediate step.

- Craft wanted pieces with Lafargue in Beauclair.
- Compare the finished item’s current bonuses with your chosen build.
The source’s published level figures originate in its older guide. Read the requirements shown in your current game rather than assuming every historical statistic survived the Remastered rebalance.
Standard versus Legendary
New Game Plus uses Legendary item labels; do not confuse their diagrams with the ordinary hunt. If your recipe seems absent, check both the campaign type and the exact item name before repeating a location. For appearance changes, use Reforge; for choosing between schools, use the armor comparison.
